I have for 10 years divided my work between criminal civil litigation and family law. I will take any criminal matter. I avoid contested family matters whenever possible.

I do not do any appeals except bail review. I take legal aid, if available, or cash usually in the area of $300.00 per billable hour plus HST at 13% and all disbursements (mileage, accommodation etc, as required).

I have no geographic restrictions in Canada. I also have taken clients in the United Sates, Trinidad and Tobago and the Dominican Republic to resolve legal issues both in Canada and within these countries.

I work in both English and Spanish.
